Role overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to grow iWesabe's Odoo ERP and IT services pipeline in Saudi Arabia. You will hunt for new business, build relationships with prospective clients, and turn early-stage conversations into qualified opportunities for our sales team. The role suits a self-starter who's comfortable opening cold conversations and shepherding them through to close.
02 / Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ERP and IT solutions market.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, social channels, and referrals.
- Build and maintain client relationships rooted in understanding their business needs.
- Present and position iWesabe's Odoo ERP and IT services to prospective clients.
- Work with the sales and technical teams to shape proposals and close deals.
- Hit quarterly sales targets and contribute to company-level revenue growth.
- Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and feed market signals back to the team.
03 / Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in business development or sales — IT or ERP industry strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and hit consistent sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
