Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Functional Consultant – Odoo to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for analysing client business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business workflows and requirements.
- Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules (Accounting, HR, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend appropriate Odoo solutions.
- Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals.
- Work closely with the technical/development team to translate requirements into system solutions.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and support activities during and after implementation.
- Manage client communication and ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and business workflows.
- Previous experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Implementer.
- Good understanding of accounting, supply chain, HR, or other business domains.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, or related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh.
- Exposure to ERP implementation in multiple industries.
- Arabic language proficiency.
