Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Functional Consultant – Odoo to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for analysing client business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business workflows and requirements.
• Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules (Accounting, HR, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend appropriate Odoo solutions.
• Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals.
• Work closely with the technical/development team to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and support activities during and after implementation.
• Manage client communication and ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and business workflows.
• Previous experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Implementer.
• Good understanding of accounting, supply chain, HR, or other business domains.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, or related field.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh.
2. Exposure to ERP implementation in multiple industries.
3. Arabic language proficiency.
