Role overview
We are hiring a Functional Consultant — Odoo to translate client business processes into working ERP solutions. You will run requirements workshops, configure Odoo modules, train end users, and own functional quality through go-live and beyond. The role suits a consultant who's equally comfortable in an accounting close meeting and a Odoo configuration screen.
02 / Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Engage with clients to understand their business workflows and document requirements.
- Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules — Accounting, HR, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Supply Chain.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend the right Odoo solution for each requirement.
- Train end users and prepare clear user manuals and process documentation.
- Partner with the technical / development team to turn requirements into shipped solutions.
- Run testing, troubleshooting, and support activities during and after implementation.
- Own client communication during the engagement and keep delivery on track.
03 / Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and standard business workflows.
- Previous experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Implementer.
- Solid understanding of accounting, supply chain, HR, or other functional business domains.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, or a related field.

Bonus points for
- Experience with Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh deployments.
- Implementation track record across multiple industries.
- Odoo Functional certification.
- Strong Arabic language proficiency (written and spoken).
