1. Agreement to Terms By enabling the Google Drive integration within the iWesabe Technologies Odoo ERP, you agree to these Terms of Service. This integration is provided for internal business use by authorized personnel only.

2. Scope of Service This integration provides a technical bridge between our Odoo ERP and Google Drive. Its sole purpose is the automated synchronization and storage of business-related documents generated by the system. iWesabe Technologies provides this service "as is."

3. Authorized Use

·         Users must use this integration only for legitimate business purposes related to iWesabe Technologies operations.

·         Users are prohibited from using the synchronization tool to transfer illegal, unauthorized, or non-business-related data.

4. Data Ownership & Storage Documents synced to Google Drive are subject to the storage limits of the connected Google One/Family plan. iWesabe Technologies is not responsible for data loss or sync interruptions resulting from exceeding storage quotas or third-party service outages.

5. Security Responsibilities Users must maintain the security of their login credentials. Any unauthorized access to the Google account or Odoo ERP must be reported to the administrator immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability iWesabe Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Google Drive API, including but not limited to connection timeouts or service interruptions by Google.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, India, and wherever we operate.
