Role overview
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Odoo ERP commercial growth across Saudi Arabia. You will own new-business development, manage strategic accounts, and drive revenue across our ERP and IT services portfolio. The role suits a commercial operator who can both close deals personally and lead a small sales team to hit shared targets.
02 / Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP and IT solutions market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Develop strategic plans to hit sales targets and expand iWesabe's market presence.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams on proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions.
- Run market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while protecting margin and client satisfaction.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to leadership.
03 / Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in business development or sales management — ERP or IT solutions strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; Odoo experience is a clear advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Strategic thinker with sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts.
- Track record of managing and mentoring a small sales team to hit targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
