Role overview
We are hiring an Odoo Developer to design, build, and customise Odoo ERP modules for our clients across the GCC. You will translate functional requirements into clean Python code, integrate Odoo with third-party systems via REST APIs, and own the engineering quality of the modules you ship. Expect to work side-by-side with functional consultants and project managers — communication matters as much as code.
02 / Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and customise Odoo ERP modules against documented business requirements.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external systems via REST APIs.
- Maintain, optimise, and refactor existing Odoo applications for performance and clarity.
- Partner with functional consultants to translate business logic into technical solutions.
- Debug and resolve production issues across multiple client deployments.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for every module you ship.
- Stay current with Odoo versions, framework changes, and community best practices.
03 / Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong working knowledge of the Odoo framework (back-end and front-end).
- Hands-on experience customising and developing Odoo modules on recent Odoo versions.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb.
- Experience integrating Odoo with external systems via RESTful APIs.
- Comfortable in Linux environments and Git-based version control.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Bonus points for
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.
- Hands-on Odoo.sh or Odoo Enterprise deployments.
- Previous ERP development experience beyond Odoo.
- Familiarity with automated testing in Odoo (unit + tour tests).
