Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Implementer to join our team. The role involves working directly with clients to implement, configure, and support Odoo ERP modules, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes and gather requirements for Odoo ERP implementation.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules (Accounting, HR, Sales, Inventory, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend appropriate Odoo solutions.
• Assist in testing, data migration, and quality assurance.
• Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals/documentation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and business workflows.

• Experience as an Odoo Implementer / ERP Consultant preferred.
• Understanding of accounting, HR, supply chain, or other business domains.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or related fields.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Odoo Enterprise, Odoo.sh, and integrations.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Previous ERP implementation experience across industries.
