Role overview
We are hiring an Odoo Implementer to deliver ERP projects end-to-end for our clients in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. You will analyse client business processes, configure the right Odoo modules, lead testing and data migration, train end users, and own post-go-live support. The role sits between functional consultants and developers — strong process thinking matters more than code.
02 / Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Analyse client business processes and gather requirements for Odoo ERP implementation.
- Configure core Odoo modules — Accounting, HR, Sales, Inventory, CRM, Manufacturing — to match client needs.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions where standard Odoo doesn't cover a requirement.
- Lead testing cycles, data migration, and quality assurance through go-live.
- Train end users and produce clear user manuals and process documentation.
- Partner with functional consultants and developers to ship clean, supportable solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues raised by client teams.
03 / Requirements
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience as an Odoo Implementer or ERP Functional Consultant.
- Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and standard business workflows.
- Understanding of accounting, HR, supply chain, or other functional business domains.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple client projects in parallel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or a related field.

Bonus points for
- Experience with Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh deployments.
- Familiarity with project-management tools and methodologies.
- Prior ERP implementation experience across multiple industries.
- Odoo Functional certification.
