Role overview
We are hiring an Odoo Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team in Al Khobar. You will work alongside our sales team to understand client requirements, design tailored Odoo ERP solutions, and deliver demos that show how Odoo's integrated business applications solve real operational problems for enterprise clients across the GCC.
02 / Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Partner with the sales team to qualify client needs and shape Odoo-based proposals.
- Build and customise Odoo demo environments tailored to client industries and use cases.
- Deliver product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs in both Arabic and English.
- Run requirement-gathering sessions and translate business processes into Odoo workflows.
- Coordinate with technical consultants and developers to validate solution feasibility.
- Author technical proposals, solution documents, and implementation scope notes.
- Track new Odoo modules, version changes, and competing ERP products to keep recommendations current.
03 / Requirements
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo Pre-Sales or Functional Consulting.
- Working knowledge of core Odoo modules — Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR.
- Proven ability to map business requirements into solution workflows.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client-engagement skills.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.

Bonus points for
- Previous experience at an Odoo Partner or Odoo-certified consultancy.
- Odoo Functional or Technical certification.
- Track record of delivering demos to enterprise clients in the GCC.
- Familiarity with proposal writing and full ERP implementation life-cycles.
