Role overview
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead Odoo ERP implementations from kick-off through go-live and stabilisation. You will coordinate functional consultants, developers, and clients to deliver on scope, budget, and timeline. The role suits a seasoned PM who can hold multiple projects, surface risk early, and communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll do
- Lead and manage Odoo ERP implementation projects across multiple clients and industries.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders up front.
- Coordinate functional consultants, developers, and clients to keep execution on track.
- Monitor progress, identify risk early, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to deliver on time and within scope.
- Run project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain clean project documentation.
- Own quality assurance and client satisfaction across the full project life cycle.
03 / Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in ERP project management — Odoo strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules, business processes, and ERP implementation methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and stay composed under pressure.
- Working knowledge of project-management tools (MS Project, Jira, Odoo Project).
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience managing multi-country ERP rollouts across the GCC.
- Background in change management or business transformation.
- Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models.
