Role overview
We are hiring a Sales Account Manager with strong Odoo ERP knowledge to manage client accounts and drive new business across Saudi Arabia. You will be the bridge between clients and our technical team — qualifying needs, shaping proposals, and ensuring delivered ERP solutions land successfully. The role suits someone who can talk business with C-level buyers and translate that into clear briefs for consultants and developers.
02 / Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Generate leads and convert qualified opportunities into Odoo ERP sales.
- Understand client business processes and recommend the right Odoo modules and approach.
- Manage and grow existing accounts — retention, expansion, and renewal.
- Partner with technical consultants to design proposed ERP solutions clients can act on.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and deliver effective product presentations.
- Track Odoo product updates, new modules, and market trends to keep recommendations fresh.
03 / Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP modules — Accounting, HR, CRM, Sales, Inventory, Supply Chain.
- Proven experience selling ERP or IT solutions (Odoo experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in parallel while hitting quarterly targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
