Role overview
We are hiring a Telesales Executive to drive outbound sales for our Odoo ERP and digital solutions portfolio. You will identify prospects, qualify them through outbound calls, present Odoo's value, and convert conversations into opportunities for the field-sales team. Strong written and spoken Arabic and English are essential — most calls switch between both.
02 / Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to qualified prospects to promote Odoo ERP and related solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right Odoo modules and offerings.
- Follow up on marketing-sourced leads and convert them into sales-qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Hit monthly and quarterly outreach and conversion targets consistently.
- Build relationships with prospects to support long-term account retention.
- Work with marketing and field sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
03 / Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven telesales experience, ideally in software, IT, or B2B services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
- Working knowledge of Odoo ERP or comparable ERP / CRM systems.
- Comfortable in CRM tools and standard office software.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with modern outbound techniques and CRM best practices.
- Previous B2B sales experience in the GCC region.
- Exposure to lead-generation and digital-marketing workflows.
