⚙️Role Overview

The Tele sales Representative (Remote) is responsible for promoting and selling software products and services through outbound calls. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting product features and benefits, and effectively closing sales to achieve business targets. The representative will also ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote software products and solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable software offerings.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion rates and sales performance.

💼 Requirements:

Proven experience in tele sales, ideally within the software or IT industry.
Strong communication (Arabic and English) and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
Strong understanding of Odoo ERP systems, digital solutions, and their business impact.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Results-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

🧠 Nice to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of modern sales techniques and CRM best practices.
Previous experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales.
Familiarity with lead generation and digital marketing processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product management.
