Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at iWesabe Technologies, a trusted Odoo Implementation partner. In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying potential clients who are seeking ERP and Odoo-based business solutions. You will play a key part in building a healthy sales pipeline by engaging with decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and connecting them with our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify businesses that can benefit from Odoo ERP and CRM solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, social media, networking, and outbound campaigns.
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and professional networks to build interest.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support them throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Track, analyse, and report lead generation performance to optimise outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support—preferably in IT, ERP, or Sass solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems; knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and lead management tools.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
