Role overview
We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to build the top of our Odoo ERP sales pipeline. You will identify and qualify potential clients who need ERP or Odoo-based business solutions, open conversations with decision-makers, and hand qualified opportunities to the field-sales team. The role suits someone proactive, target-driven, and curious about how businesses run.
02 / Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Research and identify businesses that can benefit from Odoo ERP and CRM solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, social channels, networking, and outbound campaigns.
- Open initial conversations with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to gauge interest.
- Hand qualified leads to the field-sales team and support them through the early sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of every lead, contact, and interaction in the CRM.
- Track and report on lead-generation performance and outreach effectiveness.
03 / Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support — ideally in IT, ERP, or SaaS.
- Working understanding of ERP / CRM systems; Odoo knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in CRM and lead-management tools.
- Ability to research markets and identify the right decision-makers inside target accounts.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
