Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at iWesabe Technologies, a trusted Odoo Implementation partner. In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying potential clients who are seeking ERP and Odoo-based business solutions. You will play a key part in building a healthy sales pipeline by engaging with decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and connecting them with our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify businesses that can benefit from Odoo ERP and CRM solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, social media, networking, and outbound campaigns.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and professional networks to build interest.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support them throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track, analyse, and report lead generation performance to optimise outreach strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support—preferably in IT, ERP, or Sass solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems; knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and lead management tools.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
