Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at iWesabe Technologies, a trusted Odoo Implementation partner. In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying potential clients who are seeking ERP and Odoo-based business solutions. You will play a key part in building a healthy sales pipeline by engaging with decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and connecting them with our sales team. If you are proactive, target-driven, and passionate about helping businesses streamline operations with Odoo, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify businesses that can benefit from Odoo ERP and CRM solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through online research, social media, networking, and outbound campaigns.
Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and professional networks to build interest.
Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support them throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system.
Track, analyse, and report lead generation performance to optimise outreach strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support—preferably in IT, ERP, or Sass solutions.
Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems; knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM and lead management tools.
Ability to conduct market research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
